The Presentation in the Temple depicts a scene from the Gospel of Luke: forty days after his birth, the infant Jesus is brought by Mary and Joseph to the Temple in Jerusalem, where the elderly Simeon and the prophetess Anna recognize him as the promised Messiah. This is a decent print at a slightly optimistic price. Support answered my question eventually and did not really solve anything. It looks right in a house built in 1920 outside Chicago. I would like it more at a lower price.

The measurements on the page are optimistic at best. There is a softness across The Presentation in the Temple that I keep noticing. The reproduction is soft enough that the fine lines run together…

This is genuinely one of the nicest things we own now. The smallest marks in The Presentation in the Temple are still visible, which is the entire point. The paper on this print is thick and slightly textured, exactly what I wanted. I already have my eye on a second one.
