"The Artist's House at Argenteuil" depicts Monet's own home and garden, filled with dahlias and family life, blending domestic subject matter with the bright, broken brushwork of his mature Impressionist technique. The Argenteuil years produced some of Monet's best-loved and most reproduced paintings.
