Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec created this cover for the first album of "L'Estampe originale," a quarterly portfolio that commissioned leading artists of the day to design original prints, helping elevate lithography to a respected fine-art medium in 1890s Paris. The design reflects his innovative approach to commercial graphic art, using flat planes of color, bold contour, and dynamic cropping influenced by Japanese ukiyo-e prints. Toulouse-Lautrec's poster and print work fundamentally reshaped the visual language of French graphic design.
Jacquard-woven as a soft, double-sided tapestry throw with fringed edges — a warm layer for the sofa or bed.

It has completely changed how the nursery feels.
Really glad it worked out. Thanks for writing something this specific, it helps other people decide. Best, Ines
I have bought three of these now for different rooms. The texture in Cover for the first album makes Toulouse-Lautrec feel present in the room.
This is my fourth order from this shop and the standard has not slipped once. It has made me appreciate Cover for the first album more than I already did. It washed up beautifully on cold and came out looking new. It has made me a repeat customer already.
The tones are flat and lifeless next to the listing image. Something about the crop of Cover for the first album cuts closer to the edge than it should.
That is not the experience we want anyone to have. A full refund is on its way to your card, and I am sorry it took a review to get there. Ines
I was expecting good and got great. The tones across Cover for the first album are even and true right to the corners.
